American virtuoso pianist and maestro Leon Fleisher's legendary performance of Ravel's "Left hand Concerto in D Major" (Concerto pour La Main Gauche en Ré Majeur). The song was dedicated to Austrian-born pianist Paul Wittgenstein, who lost the right arm during the First Great War.
