Brian Wells' Collar Bomb Explodes
August 28, 2003: Footage of Brian Wells' collar bomb going off as he tries to explain his situation to the cops. The pizza delivery man was purportedly under duress from the maker of the bomb. On July 9, 2007, authorities stated he was not a hostage, but a co-conspirator in the plot, along with Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong and Kenneth Barnes, both indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of bank robbery, conspiracy to commit bank robbery and using a destructive device in the commission of a crime.
